😟 ANOTHER DISMAL SHOW? Kuwait will hold Parliamentary elections at the end of this month. The first day of candidate registration saw 115 people sign up – only eight of whom are women. In the last polls in 2020, no woman had been elected even as 29 had contested. With those kinds of numbers among contestants, here’s hoping against hope that this poll does not throw up yet another “parliamanel”.
